Old Photo Archive style

Open this photo on photoshop.



Now ill going to increase contrast of the photo,Duplicate the layer(Ctrl+j) and change Layer Mode
to Overlay.



Duplicate again new layer (Ctrl+J) and change layer mode Screen.



Merge all the layers together,Go to Layer>> Merge Visible.
Now we have only one layer.




Now Go to Image >> Adjustments >> Levels,Apply this value for RGB channel.



Apply again Image > Adjustments > Levels,Apply this value for Green Channel.




Apply again Image > Adjustments > Levels,Apply this value for Blue Channel.



Now here is your image,Now Duplicate Current layer(Crtl+J)



Now we are going to apply Blur.Goto Filter >> Gaussian Blur with similar settings to these



Change layer mode to Multiply



Duplicate current layer(Ctrl+J) and change Layer mode to soft light.



Copy current layer one more time(ctrl+j) and change layer mode to Normal.



Select Rectangular Marquee Tool and create selection similar to mine.


Press Delete button to clear selected area and deselecte with Ctrl+D.



Apply Strole layer effect by going to Layer > Layer Style > Stroke and apply this value.



Here is your Final picture.
