Today we will learn,How to apply dreamy effect on a photo by photoshop.Just Follow some step.
Step1:Open a photo On photoshop.
Step2:Duplicate The bachground Layer(Ctrl+J) and change layer mode Overlay to increase Contrust.
Step3:Right Click on Background layer and Click on "Group into New smart object"
you can see a icon on background layer.
Step4:Now we will apply Blur on Background layer.Go to Filter >> Blur >> Guassian Blur
Apply this settings and click ok.
Step5:Now you have found a Dremmy Effect photo.if you want to more prety this picture then follow next step.
Step6:Duplicate Layer1 (Ctrl+J) and change layer mode to Normal.
Step7:Now go to Filter >> Blur >> Gaussian Blur.Apply this settings.
Step8:Your photo now like that.
Select Rectangular Marquee Tool and create selection similar to mine.
Press Delete button to clear selected area and deselecte with Ctrl+D
Step9:Apply Strole layer effect by going to Layer > Layer Style > Stroke and apply this value.
Step6:Final Image..Your done.
