Worried Eyes

Open An image like that.


Now go to Filter » Liquify


You can see liquify dialog.


Left side you can see a toolbar.Select Boat Tool.



Set this Value from Tool option.



Now Click on Left side Eye Ball and hold a few second.Do the same on Right Eye.


Now you can see funny worried Eyes
